**Our Refund Policy**

This refund policy applies to all our training courses.

You can pay for the course as a one-time payment, or as a payment plan. In either case, this is the refund policy:

*If you cancel within 5 days of making your payment, you will receive a full refund.**If you cancel after 5 days from making your first payment, you will forfeit the published registration fee, and receive a refund of the balance.**If you cancel after the first class, but before 12.5% (1/8th) of the classes have elapsed, you owe the published registration fee and 20% of the balance. You will receive a full refund of whatever has been paid more than the registration fee and 20% of the balance.**If you cancel after the end of 12.5% (1/8th) of the classes have elapsed, but before 25% (1/4th) of the classes have elapsed, you owe the published registration fee and 40% of the balance. You will receive a refund of anything which has been paid more than the registration fee and 40% of the balance.**If you cancel after the end of 25% (1/4th) of the classes have elapsed, but before the end of the 37.5% (3/8ths) of the classes have elapsed, you owe the published registration fee and 60% of the balance. You will receive a refund of anything which has been paid more than the registration fee and 60% of the balance.**If you cancel after the end of 37.5% (3/8ths) of the classes have elapsed, but before 50% (half) of the classes have elapsed, you owe the published registration fee and 80% of the balance. You will receive a refund of anything which has been paid more than the registration fee and 80% of the balance.*

If you cancel after 50% of the classes have elapsed, you will not receive any refund.

Note: If you choose a payment plan, some of your monthly payment is a finance fee. We do not refund any finance fees that have already been paid.

**Here are two examples of how our refund policy works:**

**Example 1**

**Basic Skills. Full Course Fee $1300. 16 Classes. **

**Registration Fee: $250. You pay $1300 in full.**

If you cancel within 5 days of making a payment, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel after 5 days of making a payment, but the course has not begun, you lose the published registration fee of $250, but everything else you paid is refunded to you.

If you cancel after the first class, but before the 3rd class (1/8), you owe the registration fee of $250, and 20% of the additional $1150 you paid: $460 total. If you paid $1300, the total refunded is $840.

If you cancel after the 3rd class (1/8th), but before the 5th class (1/4), you owe the registration fee of $250, and 40% of the additional $1150 you paid: $670 total. If you paid $1300, the total refunded is $630.

If you cancel after the 5th class (1/4), but before the 7th class (3/8), you owe the registration fee of $250, and 60% of the additional $1150 you paid: $880 total. If you paid $1300, the total refunded is $420.

If you cancel after the 7th class (3/8), but before the 9th class (1/2), you owe the registration fee of $250, and 80% of the additional $1150 you paid: $1090 total. If you paid $1300, the total refunded is $210.

If you cancel after the 9th class you owe the full course fee of $1300. No refund is available.

**Example 2**

**Client Interaction. Full Course Fee $1650. 24 Classes. **

**Registration Fee: $250. You pay $1650 in full.**

If you cancel within 5 days of making a payment, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel after 5 days of making a payment, but the course has not begun, you loose the published registration fee of $250, but everything else you paid is refunded to you.

If you cancel after the first class, but before the 4th class (1/8th), you owe registration fee of $250, and 20% of the additional $1400 you paid: $530 total. If you paid $1650, the total refunded is $1120.

If you cancel after the 4th class (1/8th), but before the 7th class (1/4), you owe the registration fee of $250, and 40% of the additional $1400 you paid: $810 total. If you paid $1650, the total refunded is $840.

If you cancel after the 7th class (1/4), but before the 10th class (3/8), you owe the registration fee of $250, and 60% of the additional $1400 you paid: $1090 total. If you paid $1650, the total refunded is $560.

If you cancel after the 10th class (3/8), but before the 13th class (1/2), you owe registration fee of $250, and 80% of the additional $1150 you paid: $1370 total. If you paid $1650, the total refunded is $280.

If you cancel after the 12th class you owe the full course fee of $1300. No refund is available.
